Whenever newly registered society receiving foreign funds does it require to seek permission from MHA. If the society continuously receiving such donations then is it require to obtain special permission for such each transaction or single permission is enough.

Sir my final attempt is due in Nov18 but I am still struggling to clear may IPCC gr 2 can you please guide how to prepare fir the exam and write ans so that I can pass the exams in may 17 Because this is my last chance as otherwise my parents will force me to leave CA and opt for some other course

Which situation would be better to go for articleship?? 2nd attempt group 1 pass with average knowledge OR 3rd attempt rank with complete clarity of concepts?

Sir, I am starting he 2 preparation after a very long gap from studies and hence I am starting from scratch. Please tell me a strategy so that I can clear gr 2 by May 2018 at any cost but get an exemption in IDTL in Nov 2017 at least.I can devote about 2.50 hrs daily for IDTL. Regards

Sir i want to ask you about your opinion in revision plan for may 2017 Group-1 Study for 10-15 Hour take Tax + Accounts in 1st day and 2 hr for law eveyaday Next day. cost + fm Go juzt like this on remaining days 2. Option is. Complete first Accounts all chapters in 5 days Tax in 6 days Cost And Fm in 7 days law in 4 days and after that second revision will go Please suggest me which on is best plan to follow

Dear Sir/Madam
My CA final attempt was due on nov 16.I gave the attempt but could not clear it.At that time my 6 months of aricleship were left.Now i m going to give my may 17 attempt.My articleship is going to complete on 10th april.But i am afraid that my articleship will be extended for more than 6 months say 10 months.

So i want to know whether i will be eligible for nov 17 attempt in case i am not able to clear in may 17 attempt.
