I attempted Final Exam twice ( Both Group Together), In 1st attempt i got exemption in 1 subjet of second group, but i did'nt cleared both groups yet. Now with Exemption in one Subject of second group, after giving third attempt if i clear both the groups and score more than 55%, will i be concidered for merit ?

I'm tensed regarding exams preparation...how can manage both groups....I want to giv both groups...how many times should devote in every subject.?

My Final CA attempt is Nov 2016. I am planning to complete FR, SFM amd AMA by may 2015. How should i go ahead regarding other subjects. I am willing to start DT and IDT from Jan 2016 so that all amendments are covered in books. Now should i plan for theory subjects in interim time and solve previous attempts papers for writing practice? Please note i am reading M P Vijaykumar reference book for FR, Paduka reference book for AMA and S D bala book for SFM. Are these books perfect for concept understanding and exam preparation? Please also guide me regarding theory subject reference book and its preparatioln

I have given both groups in nov,14...i know i did'nt take it seriously nd gave both groups...so my result will be very pathetic...i hv started studying for may,15(both groups again ) bt i dont know why i lack confidence in myself...i feel that since i have failed once,i cannot do it further....so pls tel how to do much better for may attempt( i am doing self study for ol sbjcts dis time)...

As per the above link,
The CA Final Exam form has to be attested by a member of the Institute or your Principal in the case of Final candidates. However in the case of Intermediate (IPC) Exam candidates, it may be got attested by a Gazetted Officer also.
As per my interpretation of the above, the CA Final form need not have to be necessarily signed by the Principal only. It can be very well signed by a member of the Institute...
Is my interpretation correct?
Kindly clarify my doubt.
