What is the exact defination of Turnover for determination of TAx Audit critiria under Income Tax Act.whether ICAI has issued any gauidness note for this. also if any court decision has come kidnly let me know.

RBI pernission for in-flow of capital from US

A newly established pvt. ltd. co. in India, intends getting additional capital from their parent/counterpart company in US. F&O and STT queries

1.CAN one include stt in cost of equity?
2.can one simultaneously show capital gain and income from other sources( i.e income from capital assets like equity)
what will be the status of income from derivatives, Futures and options like index futures, option)?
