A newly established pvt. ltd. co. in India, intends getting additional capital from their parent/counterpart company in US. I request our experts in our club to indicate the procedure for obtaining this additional capital including RBI permission, ROC formalities, IT dept. clearence if any, etc. Thanks. Vishvesh
