Career as investment analyst

Hi, can anyone tell a good course in investment analysis for CA finalist student, which can be managed with single group of ca final?? and do NCFM modules help in clearing concepts??? i have heared they are very very easy.... i want to be a hard core investment and portfolio analyst, please guide what one needs to have a command over security market like CA Rakesh Jhunjhunwala.....i am good @ maths and numbers

Issue price of share of a unlisted public company

Dear All,
We have a unlisted public company and we want to issue shares in this company.
Now the question is that what will be the issue price per share.
And how it will be calculated
- On the basis on NET ASSET METHOD
- if yes, Calculation date for net asset method.

Dear Experts,

please guide me on the following issues:-

1) which account is opened first trading account or demat account ?
2) can i open my demat account with state bank of india and demat account with any of the broker like motilal oswal, angel broking etc.?
