Interest on late payment of statutary dues

Dear Friends,

Pls.tell me whether interest paid on late payment of TDS,VAT,Service TAx,or any others statutary dues, which is allowable expenses as per income tax act.? & under what section it is mentioned is it allowable or not?

Interim Audit Report

The format for issuing Interim Auditors Report is same as issuing Annual Auditors Report or the format is different?
If the Auditors Report for Interim period is different than please forward the format for the same.
(I am not asking for Limited Review purpose)
