What is the procedure to get new sign as a trade mark?

I want to start a new business. The business type is Accounting Consultancy i.e.professional accounting work to be done. Therefore i want to register my firm wih applied law, but i don't know what is exact procedure & registration of this firm? Pls help me.

I am a Partner in a C.A Firm . Now my Partner has incorporated a Company in which he & his wife are directors. My question is Can I sign the Audit Report of the Company in which my partner is director of the company and if any breach of regulations pl give me the details.

I am using Tally9 Rel 2.13. How to export Trail Balance on particular date to Excel using Tally ODBC Connectivity. I have tried to export but it export data upto date. I know the recent version export any data to excel file format. But I wish to use ODBC Server to export data in a particular date.
MS Query also fails to provide filtering for particular date ie. Trail Balance upto 15th Sep 2008.

Kindly help me.

I'VE APPLY TO ICAI FOR CP BUT I AM NEITHER A PARTNER NOR APPLY FOR NAME APPROVAL (DUE TO LATE APPROVAL OF NAME OF MY FIRM). SO I GOT CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE. NOW THE PROBLEM IS IN ITR4 THERE IS A COLUMN TO WRITE "NAME OF THE (PROPRIETORSHIP/FIRM)". SO WHAT SHOULD I WRITE THERE?

can an individual partner sign more than 45 tax audit files but within the limit of firm's overall limit. that is if there are 2 partners can one partner sign 90 and other partner 0. Pl. clarify.

I am Tushar and have cleared CA Final recently. Currently am undergoing articleship training for balance period.
I would really like to further my educational qualification and am really jumbled between CFA, MBA(CAT or GMAT) or ISB course. As I don't find audit to be my cup of tea i would like to join such course which will help me:
1. To get a good pay-pack
2. To join a reputed company preferably working in equity research or transfer pricing area.

Could you please help me overcome this dilemma.

Private Comapny is not maintaining records of plant and machinery. Company is selling a machinery and dont know the original value of the machinery. So we can take depriciation proportionate. For example: Gross block of machinery as on 01.04.2007 is Rs.8241558/- and deletion during the year is Rs.539400/- and depriciation upto 01.04.2007 is Rs.7110896/- and Net Block as on 01.04.2007 is Rs.1130662/- How to take proportionate depriciation on this given value. Please reply soon
