We have received Air Blowers from Hay International-Haryana, for Karnataka Project and due to some manufacturing issues, the blowers are performing with a higher vibration limit which is not acceptable to client. Hence, we have to send the blowers along with Motors, Base frames and Couplings to the manufacturer (Hay International, Haryana) for modification work. They will return the same once the problem is rectified.

Kindly let me know the documentation process to be followed by site for sending these items.

We are importing goods for trading, the PO was raised in USD, can I raise the GRN in USD else INR?

if it is in INR, can i convert the basic value from USD to INR or any other expenses should be added?

Is Trust Liable for deducting P.F. if no.of employee exceeds 20

is trust liable to pay retirement benefits like Gratuity , Leave Encashment etc

If trust is Liable to Deduct P.F. then what about admin Charges and all
