Billing SOP of shopping mall for Promotional Activity, Advertisement Etc.

Hi,

I am joined as shopping mall and this is very new assignment for me, as i never work before in Mall Complex.

I am preparing the Billing SOP for the Newly Built Shopping Mall for Retailers. And I am stuck in how to make sop for Promotional Activity, Advertisement etc. If someone from mall Background or have knowledge in Mall Management for the same kindly help me in this regard to move further.

What is the JV of an Item wise Purchase Entry?

When a purchase is recorded in software, a JV is posted to the respective ledgers. Debiting the inventory & VAT, Crediting the supplier. Should i need to debit purchase account also?. If so, what will be the journal entry?

Import of goods and customs duty paid

We have imported goods and paid customs duty on goods.where will we show customs duty in trading A/C or profit and loss A/C?? Where will we show custom agents charges, shipping bill charges and bank charges incurred for remittance of foreign payments?
