Which things are required to keep in mind for determining whether the software expenditure is CAPEX or OPEX in nature?

Year to date figures

ROY figures

Full year figures.

I have a problem regarding treatment of Managerial Remuneration u/s 387 of Companies Act. I am totally confused regarding treatment of the following items because differrent books showed different treatments :-

1. Political contribution u/s 293 of Companies Act.

2. Profit/loss on sale on Fixed assets including Investments. If short term capital gain/loss figure shows different amount what will be the procedure?

3. Past accumulated losses.

4. Major Repairs to fixed assets.

one of the our claint used tally 9.2 version, they are more than 30 accountants are used tally,they are segregated the work one employee do the only receipts , another one do only payments etc., our intension is that employee use only their work i.e.receipts voucher etc., and what is the process of deleted vouchers are sent to recyclebin and all useful security controls are sent to my email to vijaykumar2vanama@gmail.com

please help me find out the reasons as to why inter-unit transfers are not recognised as sale because even if they are recognised as sale by one unit the other unit will recognise it as purchase only and thus how the profitability of the company as a whole is affected?

whether this issue of preference shares falls under the definition of "preferential allotment".
and what is the reporting requirement under CARO,2003, which is reproduced as unedr:

"whether the company has made any preferential allotment of shares to parties and companies covered in the register maintained under section 301 of the act.
