Deit note entry in books(very urgent)

What what things we have to see regarding handling the loans of private company from financial institution???

ARCHITECTURE HAS ISSUED A BILL OF RS 500000/-.

SHOULD WE BOOK THE BILL OF RS 500000/- AND DEDUCT THE TDS ON WHOLE?
OR

PROPORTIONATE BILL AND PROPORTIONATE TDS HAS TOBE DEDUCTED

Contingent liability

sir,

In respect of my client where he is giving a performance guarantee to the govt dept but there is no default in performance made by them so in that case can he shows that bank guarantee as current liabilities. and same way can he show the person to whom the Guarantee given as debtors
