10 December 2014 We are a public limited company manufacturing edible oil.

One of our Broker has billed for Brokerage against sale of edible oil. He is also charging service tax @ 12.36%.

Kindly help me to know the who shall be liable to pay service tax, is it me or Broker? and also confirm if any abatement available?
