26 March 2012 One of my Client IS a dealer. he sells his product in his brand name which is TM. But he purchases same from the manufacturer who pays the excise duty. Whether he will b considered only Dealer or Manufacturer...

27 March 2012 Refer to Para 9.37 of chapter-9 of foreign trade policy 2009-2014 “Manufacturer Exporter” means a person who exports goods manufactured by him or intends to export such goods.
