What are the criteria to be fulfilled to open a branch office in INDIA by an entity registered abroad.
Is it necessary to have 3 years existance abroad before applying for approval with RBI.
Suggestions pls.

I got the solution.. New notification is being released by RBI. According to new notification at least 5 year existance abroad is required before applying for opening BO in India...There are so many criterias to be fulfilled as per new notification..
