29 November 2014 Dear Sir,
I am working in a foundation company.We are apportion expenses center wise, Now we have organised a meeting in zonal office which cost is Rs 20,000.

Total participant 10. (5 from barasat center ,3 from baruipur center, 1 from barrackpur center & 1 is a trainer who is companies own zonal staff,
Now what is cost booking ratio 5:3:1 or 5:3:1:1.

if take second ratio then why.

29 November 2014 Focus on the nature of COST rather than who attended the meeting. Give the details of 20,000. If it is strictly the cost of say, hotel bills, seminar charges, handout charges, then no need to apportion anything for TRAINER, because trainer did NOT sot you anything in 20,0000
