Dear Experts,
If a person who has worked for 9 months in a CA firm from Nov 2009 till Nov 2010 (Diwali to Diwali) is eligible for bonus or not?? He has worked in the firm for 3 years & he was eligible for bonus in earlier years.Whether bonus should be given pro rata for 9 months that he has worked?

Bonus can be paid based on actual salary paid or as per firms rules...

Bonus is payable for 9 months.
