10 October 2007 CAn the bonus be given in kind. Say what if instead of cash i give say apparel. Will it be called as bonus? Please provide support with yur answer!

10 October 2007 Bonus Cannot be paid in kind. Section 19 of the PAYMENT OF BONUS ACT, 1965 says the Bonus shall be paid in Cash only.
