Please reply soon

08 April 2014 you have pay bonus salary up to Rs. 10000/-

Rs. 3500 to salary of Rs. 10000/- or @ 8.33% of salary earn

your case salalry earn Rs. 3846 hence bonuse Rs. 3846*8.33%=320

08 April 2014 Bonus cannot be calculated on amount exceeding 3500. What i am asking is whether we have to recalculate the bonusable wage if a person is not present on all working days by taking salary as 3500?
