18 October 2014 As discussed with you about the bonus,you saw my salary breakdown it is very clear now that it is target bonus given to me by the company which depends on the company norms & not on the govt bonus rule. So as per my knowledge the company is not giving me the statutory bonus & do I am eligible for that ...so please reply this is very big issue as none of my colleagues is getting this bonus.

If your Basic is less than 10K bonus then you are eligible for stat bonus, and any performance bonus paid to you is not counted as stat bonus.
