AS you replied to my last query,the below is my CTC breakup & its mention in CTC that its target bonus. so i already explained you about the bonus.
Particulars Annual Amount
BASIC SALARY 101556
HRA 50772
LTA 4236
AWS 8460
TARGET BONUS 13752
PROVIDENT FUND 12192
GRATUITY 4884
MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT 15000
TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE 9600
Total 220452

so please check it and let me know that i am eligile for bonus for period from(jan2014 to dec2014) eventhough i leave my job in feb2015

Its is not statutory bonus, hence it is subject to company policy. Refer your appointment terms & condition for eligibility.
