Can listed company add clause in Articles of association stating the name of two non executive Director that they shall not be liable to retaire by rotation or be taken into account for determing the retairment of directors by rotation.

Generally you could not mentioned that kind of clause. It will be against the provision of section 9 of the Companies Act, 1956.
