EXTRACT OF RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COMPANY AT THEIR MEETING HELD ON 20/11/2012
The Board was informed that Share Certificates along with transfer deeds have been lodged with the company for transfer of shares.
The Board discussed the same and following resolution was approved
