pls, provide Board resolution under section 185 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013

“ RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 186 read with Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 and other
applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules
made there under the consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded to grant the loan to .............................. up to a maximum amount of
Rs....................... at a rate of interest .....% per annum and upon such
terms and conditions as per the draft loan agreement as placed before
the Board duly initialed by the Chairman
applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules
