09 April 2013 "RESOLVED that taking this view that the minimum subscription not having been reached and pursuant to Section 69(5) of the Companies Act, 1956, the share application money received by the company be refunded to the applicants and the Secretary of the Company be instructed to inform the applicants accordingly."
