17 August 2018 Hello Sir,

As an NGO we are Section 8 Company and does not fall under GST criteria but because of some reason we have to register our company under GST act.
but now we come to on conclusion that we have unregistered our organisation .
for that we required Board resolution
It would be great if you provide draft for the same.

17 August 2018 Extract of the resolution passed in the Board of Directors Meeting held on the 17th day of August, 2018 at the registered office of the company at 3p.m.

RESOLVED THAT Ms. Shilpa Lingayat , Finance Director of the company , is hereby appointed as Authorised Signatory for cancelling the registration of the Company on the Goods and Service Tax (GST) System Portal and to sign and submit required documents electronically or otherwise and to make applications, communications, representations, on behalf of the Company before the Central GST and/or the concerned State GST authorities in connection with the cancellation of registration.
