“RESOLVED THAT Mr. XYZ, s/o Shri PQR, Director be and hereby authorized to represent the Company in all Service Tax matters before the concerned authorities and to sign and execute all papers, Documents, Service Tax Declaration Forms, returns etc, to be submitted before the said authority and to do all such acts, and things as may be necessary in connection therewith or incidental or ancillary thereto.’’
