Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me about Board Resolution. I have passed few board resolutions and need to know whether i should file ROC return for the same? these resolutions our for closure of bank account & satisfaction of Charge(CHG-4) on property.....

for closure of bank account i think it is not needed to file such resolution with Roc, but as far as satisfaction of charge is concern you need to file CHG-4 with RoC within 30 days from the day of full payment.

i need to ask one more thing that when I asked my CS to file CHG-4 he said he need a board resolution of that company wants to satisfy charge. what my point is do we need to file this resolution with ROC for filing CHG-4?
Note:- the purpose of that resolution is "Company wants to file CHG-4"
