Our company is in Bhubaneswar, Orissa and wants to open corporate office in Mumbai so please provide me a board resolution specifying good reasons to open corporate office in mumbai.

16 February 2010 Hi,

For opening corporate office specific board resolution and ROC intimation is not required. However simple noting in the next board meeting is enough.

One of the reasons to have corporate office in Mumbai would be administrative convenience.
