Can anyone explains Provisions of Section 173 of Companies Act 2013 regarding Board Meetings of Small Company.
Can Small Company Conduct BM between gap of less than 90 days.Please clarify.

A small company may hold only two board meetings in a year, i.e. one Board Meeting in each half of the calender year with a minimum gap of ninety days between the two meetings.
