17 September 2014 Can anyone explains Provisions of Section 173 of Companies Act 2013 regarding Board Meetings of Small Company.
Can Small Company Conduct BM between gap of less than 90 days.Please clarify.

17 September 2014 A small company may hold only two board meetings in a year, i.e. one Board Meeting in each half of the calender year with a minimum gap of ninety days between the two meetings.
