Can We Hold Board Meeting on Sundays or Public Holiday

There is no restriction as regards holding of board meetings on a public holiday including Sunday. But if, for want of quorum, a meeting has to be adjourned to the same day next week as per section 288(1) and if that day is a public holiday including Sunday, the adjourned meeting should be held on the day next to the holiday.
