Dear All,
Whether a Board meeting of the company as such is allowed to be held through teleconfrencing/vedeo confrencing under the respective provisions of Companies Act.
Also can a Co.registered under Companies Act is allowed to hold its board meeting outside India?

It can be held (Board Meeting) outside India also.

Dear Ravi,
Thanks for this confirmation.May I conclude that the Companies Act is selient over holding the board meeting at specified place as in case of general meeting it says that the meeting must be held at the rgd. office and hence it can be held at any place as per the convenience of the board members.Please also amplify about holding the board meeting through electronic media.
