17 May 2010 As per section 285 of the companies act, Time gap between two board meeting should not exceed more than 3 months. Total meeting required during the year is 4.

21 May 2010 Para 2.1 of Secretarial Standard-1 of ICSI, provides that the Board of Directors should meet at least once in every 3 months,with a maximum interval of 120 days between any two meetings such that at least 4 meetings are held in each year.
