31 July 2014 We had conducted board meeting on 31st March 2014.Is it compulsory to conduct Board meeting in each quarter? and what would be last date for me to conduct Board meeting in this quarter? and What would be the effect if the board meeting will not be conduct?

31 July 2014 As per section 173(1) Every company shall hold the first meeting of the Board of Directors within thirty days of the date of its incorporation and thereafter hold a minimum number of four meetings of its Board of Directors every year in such a manner that not more than one hundred and twenty days shall intervene between two consecutive meetings of the Board.

You have to hold minimum 4 BM in entire FY and gap between 2 BM should not exceed 120 days.
