21 July 2010 Yes very much required. In fact entire board needs to be informed irrespective of attendance at BM.

As a CS it is our duty to maintain proof regarding BM notice dispatch. This is also very imp for safe and standard practice.

22 July 2010 Agree with experts. You are required to send notices to even those directors who were not present in the original board meeting.
