11 March 2014 as per maharashtra state government power purchase policy new wind mill set up during 13-14 are eligible for unit selling rate of Rs. 5.81 per unit if such unit does not claim the benefit of additional depreciation. & if unit claim additional depreciation the rate will be 5.46 per unit now my question is whether this restriction apply to particular method of depreciation i.e. straight line method or wdv method.
