Suppose a buyer got an Invoice in which TIN of Buyer not mentioned , but all the details company name & Address mentioned, can he get the tax credit on said bill.

No. In order to avail the credit, the instrument (invoice) should be complete in all respects. It is an inevitable detail in Tax Invoice to have the 'Taxpayer's Identification Number' of both the buyers and sellers to be treated as a 'proper' Invoice.

If possible, try to get the invoice corrected so as to get the credit.

thank u sir,
further , same things is also applicable in Service Tax Bill, should service tax no. of service receiver mentioned on Tax bill.
and 2nd - we get the tax credit on Mobile bills, internat bill, telephone bill. but in said bills buyer ser.tax. no. not mentioned .

It must be there if you check thoroughly.
Service Tax details in Sales Tax bill and vise versa is optional in the bill. But good if you mention.
