Billing address and payment given party are diffrent

16 December 2014 We are a company X made sale invoice in the name of A. But its payment given by B to the seller company X

then my question is that how the seller company account and also is there any legal complication on this matter I mean whether it is legal or not kindly give your opinion

16 December 2014 There is always a difference between LAW and PRACTICE. The best example is BANKING.
