We have imported Machiney Nov 2006 in which CVD involved but due to misplace we lost Original Bill of Entry+Bill but we have only photo copy of Bill of Entry+Form 31+Pmt Detail,in what manner we can CVD Claim

yes, if custom autority made a certificate regarding export and duty paid and affadivate and other certificate may be submitted.

THE ASST. COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS CAN ISSUE CERTIFICATE STATING ALL THE DETAILS OF BILL OF ENTRY, EXPORT MADE,DUTY PAID AND CHALLAN DETAILS .FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS OF ORIGINAL B/E, LOSS OF ORIGINAL BILL.
