1. Apply through normal channels. Check their website. These days big4 hire in wholesale. There is a structured process including written tests, group discussion, hr interview, technical interview etc.
2. Stipend starts at around 8-10k for first year. Goes upto 20k in third year. It could be higher too. But the work and responsibilites are much higher compared to small firms

1)it will be easy if you have some reference,,however you can enter by facing interview
