1. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS -

Advanced Accounts by Gupta & Radhaswamy or Ravi M. Kishore

2. COMMERCIAL LAW -

Mercantile Law by N. D. Kapoor especially practical problems given at end of the chapters.

3. AUDITING - STUDY MATERIAL

4. DIRECT TAX - V.K. SINGHANIA

5. COST AND MANGEMENT A/C- COST ACCOUNTING refer VASIST AND SAXSENA & STUDY MATERIAL

6. OPERTIONS MANAGEMENT & MIS: STUDY MATERIAL IS MORE THAN ENOUGH

7. INDIRECT TAX: VANDANA BANGAR

Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICWAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.
