Group Company paid EMD's on behalf of other company and raised a debit note for the EMD amount is this transaction subject to service tax

2.For DT- Vinod Gupta, Girish ahuja, V.k Singhania.
3.For Audit- Padhuka publication, Surbhi bansal.
4.For IDT- VS Datey
