Can any one ease tell what are the benefits and dis benefits of having a high fv of shares while creating a pvt ltd company

FV...you mean to say FAIR value? How can it be HIGH or LOW? It is contradicting with the word FAIR. It has to be FAIR value and does not involve any highness or lowness. It is fairness of the value.

Dear amol srry i wrote short form which confused you i meant face value. We r about to create a pvt ltd comapny so we needed to decode the face value and question was for the same issue

Face Value is strictly your choice. It may INR1, or INR10 or INR100. Lower face value will give rise the more number of shares. So in case of subsequent transfer, if any, the amount in multiples of face value can be transferred.
