in which way i can file the income tax returns for the year2008/09,2009/10,2010/11 and what is the panalities

You can file return only for FY 2010-11. The returns for the earlier periods have become time barred.

You can file return earlier then a.y. 2011-12 only if A.O. issues notice under sec 148 to file it, not otherwise.

Let me know the purpose for filing the return of income from the financial year 2008-09 & 2009-10...
U may file the return of income for the year 2010-11 & 2011-12 whereby the officer may issue 142 for non filing the return of income for prior years...
Prepare for the answer first then file aforesaid return of income.
