I want fill my previous three yeas' ITRs (31.03.2013, 14 & 15, Is that possible

for AY 2014-15 and 2015-16, file online. For AY 2013-14, file offline with jurisdictional AO

Yes. Nikhil is correct. But for 2013-14 the the time to file belated return has expired.Delay has to be got condoned to file revised return.

delay is to be condoned only if there is refund situation. otherwise, just file as it is.
