sir, i have filed belated return of partnership firm without affixing digital signature, can i file again by affixing digital signature, is there any time limit for such filing.? plz guide me

if the digital signature was not required, then just send the hard copy of ITRV to CPC. If I am not wrong, you cannot refile as it would amount to revised return which is not allowed for belated returns.
