22 March 2012 yes you can file return upto 31/03/2012 u/s 139(4).

22 March 2012 Thanks for the reply.But after filing the return will i have to pay penalty of rupees 5000/- for not filing the return before the relevent A.Y. u/s 139 ( 1 )
