can refund claim be admissible in case of assessee has filed BELATED RETURN?

Yes. Refund can be claimed even if return is filed belated return u/s 139(4).

agreed, Don't to worry if you have credit as per 26AS then your refund will be given by dept. even you have filed belated return.
