02 August 2008 As Per Income Tax :- The Return May Be Furnished At Any Time Before The Expiry Of Two Years From The End Of The Financial Year In Which The Income Was Earned.

1- Can I File Tax Return (Without Any Panalty) Of Fy 2007-08 Upto 31 March 2010 If My Tax Liability Is Nill. If Upto 31 March 2009 Why Mention As Above Two Year .

THEREAFTER FINE UPTO 5000 CAN BE IMPOSED BY ASSESSING OFFICER

YOU CAN NOT FILE SUO MOTO AFTER TWO YEARS FROM THE END OF FINANCIAL YEAR

NO PENALTY CAN BE IMPOSED IF YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO FILE RETURN , BECAUSE YOUR INCOME IS BELOW TAXABLE LIMIT
