can belated return is allowed in case of REFUND of Income Tax.

if yes, then is any condo. of delay is required or just filling online IT return is sufficient.

plz help me urgent.

12 July 2012 yes. there is no such condition. no condonation is required either. Only problem with belated return is that it cannot be revised and loss cannot be carried forward.
