Can an Individual file Income Tax Return for A.Y. 2020-21 now ? If total salary income is less than 5 Lacs. How much penalty is to be paid ?

You can't file ITR now' for AY 2020-21. No problem if TDS is fully deducted on salary income.

You cant file the ITR now. If there is refund then you can file return after requesting for condonation of delay.
